Return & Exchange Policy – MNK Clothings
At MNK Clothings, we do not offer returns. However, we do provide exchange options under the following conditions:
Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or for a different color option in the same design, subject to availability.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
• Only one exchange per order is permitted.
No Returns
• Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
• We do not offer refunds or store credits.
Exchange Process
• To request an exchange, please contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email within 48
hours of delivery.
• Clear images or a short video of the product may be required for verification.
• Shipping charges for exchanges (if any) will be borne by the customer.
Non-Exchangeable Items
• Products purchased during sale or discounted offers are not eligible for exchange.
• Customized or altered products are not eligible for exchange
